RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We have an easy 10 -day return/exchange policy, with a 100% refund in the case of returns. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin- code.
- For cod orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 10 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
- We will only accept products that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags still attached. Otherwise, we may not accept the returns and send it back to you.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Please note: refund/bank transfer are only applicable for prepaid orders / online payments made on our website.
- Payments made with cod option will receive a coupon code worth the same as your order value which is valid for 2 months from the date of issuance of the coupon code.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
